Trent Hancock completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Monash University. For almost ten years, Trent has successfully assisted thousands of employees in resolving a wide range of workplace disputes. Motivated by a desire to see people treated fairly and equally in the workplace, Trent enjoys working with a diverse client base, including senior executives in both the public and private sector. He has extensive experience managing matters in most courts and tribunals across Australia and frequently appears in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Trent has achieved some outstanding results for clients over the years, with cases in the Federal Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission attracting media attention. He recently won the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Employment and Workplace Relations Awards for 2022, was recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Employment Lawyer (Employee & Trade Union Representation) in Victoria and was named a finalist in the Partner of the Year Awards 2023.
