Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Psychology from Australian Catholic University. Kate has previous experience working as a solicitor advocate appearing regularly in the Magistrates’ Court, where she managed complex family violence litigation and supported her clients through what was often a stressful first-time experience in the court system.
Kate is passionate about helping clients uphold their workplace rights. She takes a trauma-informed approach to her practise, recognising the broader impact that workplace disputes can have on clients and their families. She prioritises clear and practical communication with clients, working closely with them to understand their options and help them achieve meaningful outcomes.
