Michael is an experienced and passionate employment law and workplace relations lawyer dedicated to helping employees navigate workplace disputes with confidence. He advises on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, general protections, contractual matters and award classification and underpayment disputes.
Michael has extensive experience preparing matters for hearing in both state and federal jurisdictions. He regularly assists clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, including in the Fair Work Commission, and appears as an advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
