Sam is an employment and workplace relations lawyer and passionate advocate for employees. He combines strong legal expertise with a practical, resolution-focused approach, helping clients navigate challenging workplace issues and achieve outcomes that align with their goals.

Sam has worked with both employers and employees, however his passion remains achieving equitable resolutions for those who have been mistreated in the workplace. He has extensive experience representing employees in negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and litigation, regularly appearing in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Sam is particularly committed to achieving early, effective resolutions where possible, recognising that clients often want to move forward from a difficult workplace experience.
